FAQs for consultants

HOW DO I USE PEOPLEPIE?

Run Peoplepie through teams in the organisation you are working with. Peoplepie will give you a deep understanding of the managerial environment, leadership strengths and weaknesses, and employee management priorities.  

WHEN DO I USE IT?

At the start of your consulting assignment. Peoplepie will give you a team x team snapshot and establish the ‘before’ performance levels that will inform the solutions you provide. Using Peoplepie helps you to get the ball rolling right away. Repeating the process after a suitable interval will provide ‘after’ results that demonstrate your impact and success.

Who pays? 

Whoever you choose. You can purchase payment coupons from us for your clients to use or your clients can purchase directly online with a credit card. Email us if you need a special arrangement.

do I get peoplepie training?

We don't think you'll need it. Everything you need to know is on this site and in the Peoplepie reports, however we are happy to arrange a Skype conference to answer questions and provide any additional training you need. 

WHAT is the consultant's role?

You introduce Peoplepie to your client and support them to use it effectively.  You will work with them directly on the action priorities that emerge from the results.

HOW DO I BECOME AN EXPERT IN THE PEOPLEPIE FRAMEWORK?

You don’t need to be.  The reports contain all of the interpretation and insights you will need to partner with your clients effectively.  There is email and telephone support available and plenty of materials on this website.   

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SET UP A SURVEY?

It takes around 15 minutes to set up a survey on the single Team pathway and a bit longer for the Multi-Team pathway. Gathering team email details before hand will save time. Watch the videos under the HELP tab to see what's involved.  

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR someone TO ANSWER A SURVEY?

It's quick - usually between 5 and 10 minutes. And they can answer their survey on any device.

Do you pay PARTNER/DISTRIBUTOR commissions?
